REVIEWS:
Good book but when I started reading it I realized it was too familiar. As I looked closely, the fine print says, " previously published as leadership gold"- Why publishers re-release a book under another name? Money! It's sad that we get the bad end of the deal.

I am a very loyal reader of John Maxwell. I have been to some of his conferences and I have every book that he has ever written. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed! I saw this on Amazon right after Christmas 2014 as a pre-order for John's newest book. So I was excited and pre-ordered it. It arrived today and I dived right into it. In reading the first few pages, I realized that I have already read this book. This book is a bait and switch for LEADERSHIP GOLD. If you have his book Leadership Gold you have this book. Why not advertise that little fact that this book was originally published in 2008 as Leadership Gold instead of a micro line on the back cover of the book. Disappointed that I was mislead. This is not how you do integrity and character by baiting and switching a book.

My first start to finish book with Maxwell, sad to say after being in leadership > 40 years. I highly recommend this as early as possible to anyone who wants to accomplish more than only their own labor will produce.
