After changing my eating habits I found this book to be enlightening as it has lots of the good foods I used to enjoy , but stopped as I couldn't find a recipes that were tasty. Until now. I've tried almost all of the recipes and even my teenagers and toddler enjoys them. In my eyes thats a win win for me. -SaIa
