I have worked in the HR field for over 7 years and I still found these books very helpful. They are written for the layperson in easily understandable language. The topics range from difficult employees, personal growth in the work place and the heart stopping change management All of these topics I deal with on a weekly basis in a university setting. If you are looking for light reading that is packed with useful information I would recommend this set.
