Janet Steinwedel’s work with groups aims for a net increase in consciousness in the organization or community in which she is working. This is the third book in the Steinwedel Red Book Series—a series focused on the integration of Jungian psychology and executive coaching. Dr. Janet Steinwedel, leads an Executive Coaching & Leadership Effectiveness consultancy in Delaware, USA, focusing on coaching teams, groups and individuals and providing consultation in Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Corporate Coaching initiatives.
Prior to starting her business in 2005, Janet was the senior leader for Leadership and Organizational Development at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and before that at Delaware Investments. She has been profiled in IBD, Fortune, U.S. News & World Report and she's been a contributing author for Global Business & Organizational Excellence journal, and Nursing 2014 and 2015.
