ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Diane Proctor Reeder is a business owner, poet/writer, and editor. Reeder is a board member of Lotus Press, a Detroit publishing company founded by Detroit's Poet Laureate, Naomi Long Madgett.

This book focuses on the practical aspects of the problems of each group of people, what the older generation faces in giving up leadership and the challenges of taking on leadership from a group of people. While the subtitle does specify African American Leaders, this book is helpful for any group that is experience a change in leadership along generational lines. This book is recommended.
